Open issues
- Build bibliography schema (YAML/JSON) for auto-generated reference cards.
- Add update cadence and curator ownership fields.
Scope check (expert pass)
- Organize references by workflow stage and evidence type (dataset, method, benchmark, review).
- Track provenance fields (source, year, modality, species, scale, access restrictions).
- Add update cadence and deprecation policy for stale references.
Technical anchors to preserve
- Atlas should be queryable and versioned, not static prose only.
- Every referenced resource should map to at least one technical-track unit.
- Citation hygiene and attribution must be explicit for all reused figures.
