Findings (ordered by severity)

1. Medium - Overstatement in journal club framing of early connectome completeness.
   • Location: technical-training/journal-club/index.md
   • Issue: wording implied absolute completeness.
   • Action: revised to “first near-complete wiring map”.
2. Low - Manifest/thumbnail mismatches for several selected figure IDs.
   • Locations: 07-glia, 06-axons-and-dendrites, 08-segmentation-and-proofreading, selected figure lists.
   • Issue: some CSV-listed figure IDs are not present as extracted thumbnail files.
   • Action: replaced with nearest available alternatives and documented substitutions on-page.
3. Low - Historical benchmark/tool claims need explicit temporal framing.
   • Locations: 09-connectome-analysis-neuroai content/captions.
   • Issue: risk of readers interpreting 2021 claims as current-state guarantees.
   • Action: added historical-context notes and caution language.

Residual risks

• Some references and tool-performance claims are historical and should be revalidated before final publication.
• Extracted figure availability is currently dependent on package completeness; missing IDs remain unresolved.

Result

• No high-severity technical errors detected after revisions.
• Content is technically coherent for draft instructional use.
