Content Import Matrix (Next Pass)

This matrix defines which source families should be used first when replacing placeholder language with final instructional content.

Priority policy

• Tier 1 (primary): frompat proofreading decks (most mature for morphology/proofreading).
• Tier 2 (primary for Unit 09): neuroAI techtalk and module13 lesson3 materials.
• Tier 3 (context): assets_outreach historical decks, used with historical labeling.

• Figure attribution preserved and cross-checked against extraction manifests.
